It seems like AI rather than letting us build things more easily, it's just pegging our brain CPU at 100%.
More things shipping, more things in our brains context, more systems integrating, at faster speeds.
I don't see any more "cool down" periods that we used to see just 2 years ago where after you shipped something big there was a week of observation and taking care of tiny tickets/bugs.
It's all very exciting and fun. I'm having the time of my life. But I do notice I'm working harder than I ever have in my life. 15 years writing code fwiw.
