Organizing and running a conference is already a brutal slog. I'd only consider this if I could outsource 99% of the child-related stuff to a local day-care company and/or the facility. On their liability.
(BTW, I also outsource the food. Those dietary restrictions & preferences on the registration form? Cut-n-pasted from what my provider said they could accommodate on my budget.)
