the LICENSE file explicitly states that the project cannot be used in certain regions: "THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT DOES NOT APPLY IN THE EUROPEAN UNION, UNITED KINGDOM AND SOUTH KOREA AND IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE TERRITORY, AS DEFINED BELOW."

first i have ever seen such region restriction for "open source" model...but i am no expert on the topic. have they been doing this before too?
