The big number is in cell O70: Estimated revenues 2025-2034 down $3,764,990,000,000. That is the size of the tax breaks.

All of the other numbers pale in comparison. You can take $284 billion from Agriculture and $349 billion from Education and Workforce, and it's still dwarfed by the giant negative number. Even cutting a trillion dollars from Energy and Commerce doesn't cover the fact that on balance, this is a massive increase in the deficit and the debt -- while utterly destroying the ability of the government to provide any actual benefits for all of that spending.

The party of fiscal responsibility would like to add $2.4 Trillion in debt to the deficit. And that's with massive cuts to spending, healthcare, etc ...
