I am a coder and don't work in AI. I don't have a firm grasp on how far away or near we are to something like this. From a non-political perspective, I find it very interesting if true.
This should be open source -- architecture, training data, and model. Whatever it is musk has been doing the last week, it sure hasn't been transparent.
