I was actually thinking that if I make it to 70 I'll do a few psychoactive drugs like mushrooms and acid. And if I make it to 60 I should certainly do cannabis. And really I should have gotten drunk the night of the election.
Seems more like coping in your 40s then actually being more fit.
Mid 30s and I think I'm really feeling the decline for the first time, it's alittle depressing.

Chris Sharma is still a god but he's a less of a god now than he was at 30. To peak in your 40s it helps to have not been in the greatest shape when you were younger. There is nonetheless still a lot of fun you can have with your body.
