Ask HN: How do Chrome extension developers reach out to users for feedback?

I've just built my first Chrome extension. It's featured and has 36 users. And I don't know where to go from here.

My thinking is that I should be talking to users and learning about what new features they might want/what they might dislike about the extension.

I have included a 'send feedback' button in the extension, but none of them seem to be using it.

They just download it and use it silently.

Which means nobody wants to talk to you just because they installed an extension. Do you send message often to the creators of say AdBlock Plus?

For mine, I used a combination of a feature suggesting form (which worked well, it links to GitHub discussions) and an uninstall form.

Most addons/extensions open tabs after important updates.
