I'm very minimally affected by this; I have a PKGBUILD I submitted to the AUR that was then yanked up into community.
I don't care about the "license" change/clarification itself. But I hate how their email was phrased:

This is completely backwards thinking. YOU don't license my contributions, I DO. Doing nothing is the opposite of consent.Ugh.
