Ask HN: Do you love where you work? (>=medium size companies)

I think it's getting harder to find accurate info about company culture (Work/Life balance, workplace politics, ethical practices, managers who care vs will do anything to get ahead, executives who are in-touch with the day to day of the company.) Recently entering the job market again, I would really like to know, those of you working in medium to enterprise sized companies: Does your company have a good culture? Do you love working there? Bonus if you can tell us the company name.

Edit: Clarify what I mean by Culture.

Please define what you mean by "info about company culture."

What is "company culture" for you?

edit: why the down-vote? I am asking so we can provide better help. Plenty of evidence that it is very different what it means based on context, geography, and industry.
