I'm a long-time indie dev who's moonlighted at Valve to work on Steam for some years. I've always wanted to improve discovery, as gaming news and social media tend to focus on a small subset of titles at any given time, but gamer interests are so varied, and there are thousands of highly-rated games that don't hit the news. How can I connect those gamers with the right hidden gems?
I've recently shifted my focus from game development to game discovery (separate from any official Steam stuff), and am pleased to share the We Love Every Game Steam Summer Sale guide, which is my stab at making the 35,520-odd games in the Summer Sale (excluding NSFW titles) easy and fun to skim through.
The site is very much a WIP, but I'd love to hear if anyone finds anything new and exciting!
