I accomplish inbox zero in seconds with just a few effective email filter rules[1].
- The main filter works on the idea the word "unsubscribe" is rarely used in important, personal emails; but almost always present in marketing emails (required by law).
- Then I filter on "boring senders" (a whole bunch of domains/email addresses that only send impersonal email. For example: "noreply" is a "boring" sender.)
