Mark Benioff did not give birth to SaaS though but it was a very strong advocate.

"While Benioff is not credited with creating software as a service, he is considered one of its earliest adopters and biggest proponents. In a New York Times article from 2004, author Gary Rivlin stated, “Mr. Benioff did not invent this notion of software as a service. It dates back to mainframe computers in the 1960s."

So far I've seen that chatGPT 4.0 is still a multiplier of human work. It's not a full replacer.

https://www.intercom.com Fin helps with customers support. Intercom.com on it's landing pages claims: "Resolve 50% of customer questions. Instantly." 50% improvements is awesome but is not a 100%.
