Ask HN: As your company grows, how do you maintain overview and leadership?

Dear HN, we're growing towards 50 people, and as a CEO it becomes increasingly difficult to keep my overall knowledge about: * market development and perspective * investor's expectations * key goals (key deals, north star metric) * urgent customer requests * current status of our tech (bugs, refactorings, other blockers)

consolidated, put on an adjustable roadmap, and communicated.

On top of that, I have 7 direct reports atm., which is quite high.

A lot of my planning and market understanding is put into frameworks. I use Miro for that. I feel it's still too early for OKRs.

How do you plan? How do you communicate which regular meetings do you have to keep your team involved and provide transparency?

Which tools, frameworks and software do you use for all that?
