How It Works:
Alerts: Be the first to know when a home is available within 5 minutes of your friends. Customize the alerts to your liking. Conversations: Express the desire to live near someone in a fun, no-pressure manner. Two Scenarios:
Scenario #1 - Friends Move Near You: Create a "LiveNearMe Link" with your address. Friends can then get alerts for custom listings around your location. Scenario #2 - You Move Near Friends: Enter your friends' addresses and receive customized listings within a 5-minute walk from them. Why 5 minutes? It's the sweet spot for frictionless social interactions. And research indicates happiness benefits diminish after 1/2 a mile. For less dense areas, we extend the radius to 10 minutes.
