A recent post on HN got me thinking about how to visualize box breathing, and this is the result. I hope you'll find it useful

It can easily be installed as an app (PWA) on mobile or desktop for offline/easy access. Instructions are at the bottom of the page.

This is just so well designed. No confusion, no fluff, just clean, easy, and useful. GJ props

Box breathing seems interesting but I find that it makes me anxious and my heart rate climbs as I do it. Isn’t it supposed to do the opposite of this?

Nice. A while ago I made a similar graphic as an iPhone widget.

I found it useful to have the reminder when I picked up my phone.

Still amazing to me that the neurophysiology dictates that slower breathing lowers heart rate and faster breathing increases heart rate.

This is a neat little thing you've made here. I feel more relaxed just watching it.

Thank you. I've been needing some stress techniques recently, and this has helped out a lot!
