Twitter should be able to negotiate some stronger terms, because it would be silly for them to agree to the same terms and suspend their court case when Musk has proven to not be a man of his word.

First, this proves his “complaints” were worthless.
Second, I’m sure this has NOTHING to do with the fact he has to testify in the lawsuit in 2-3 days and doesn’t want things coming out (don’t know what).
