I was wondering what strategies do you guys have in mind to avoid getting distracted? the amount of distractions today's is insane, big corporates are getting much smarter at stealing our time and attacking us at our weak psychological biases/needs.

blocking social media websites
separate computers for work/media
quiet dark home work spaces
coworking membership
deliberately sticking with old (or no) technology
days off from social media/tech
