Microsoft Plans $1B Data Center Venture in Greece

It's good that a big investment like this is happening in Greece, but on the other hand we can't neglect the fact that this is only for three MS data centers. It's a good start if you want to attract other tech companies, startups and digital nomads, but there are some essential prerequisites if you want to be a part of the new digital world. Stable and clear tax and income legislation, well established procedure and laws concerning permits, easy and cheap access to internet and power, convenient access to transportation means and public transport. Don't get me wrong, I would clearly like for this to go as planned and attract more companies (Amazon, FB, Cloudflare, Backblaze...) but whenever I hear the words investment and Greece in the same sentence I'm a bit cautious :-)
