There is more to programming languages than static and dynamic type systems ( heck even the post removed type system as if the languages themselves are simply static or dynamic.. ) and there is plenty of range in between. It is a shame that this little war gets beaten on over and over again. Or rather it is a shame they get beaten on in the same way over and over again w/ very little new ever being added.
